PRESENCE OF DRESSING IMAGES IN RIO GRANDE DO SUL

Abstract

The paper presents the partial results of the research under development, entitled Dressing images in Rio Grande do Sul: inventory and analysis of how they fit into communities and religious rites. The main objective of the study is to make an inventory of these images, highlighting their formal and iconographic characteristics, as well as highlighting their uses in contemporary times.
